We maintain a policy of forgiveness, the first time our rules are broken (non-egregiously), you're given a chance to learn about the rules, and not break them again.
A second time results in punitive action that generally looks like restricting your access to physical and/or virtual spaces, and informing membership, general, or the public of the action taken.
