• bike rack?
  • idea: bike rack in a building common space like the far side of the kitchen
    • there is plenty of unused room there
    • with consensus from other tenants (landlord may even be in support?)
  • currently people will lock bikes to the railing which is ok
• stairclimber for rear 7-step stairs assuming back door gets unlocked
