internet goes down sometimes when there's really bad weather
Scheduling infra maintenance with atlas technicians
If there's shoddy internet, which happens after it's very windy sometimes, it's best to get in touch with atlas' technicians to see if they can fix it or if they see a problem and can come in to fix it. Currently on their contact list is User:M and User:Maia.
It's very important to notify Andy the Therapist when any internet downtime is expected during office hours 9-5
Typically the technicians need either access to their equipment on the south wall of the comms closet or the equipment on the roof, sometimes asking us for access to our ladders.
