You can use Podman in rootless mode (https://developers.redhat.com/blog/2020/09/25/rootless-containers-with-podman-the-basics) to run containers. Ports above 1024 are allowed and accessible from the /dev/hack network. Work with Finn, Ellie, or other infra knowers to get a web server or other port exposed to the internet

Note: If you run into weird issues that seem to relate to Subordinate IDs or subids, ask a FreeIPA Admin (Ellie, Zack, uhhh) to assign your IDP account some subordinate ids in the web ui.
